MockCity General Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the software product ("Product") provided by MockCity ("Provider"). By accessing or using the Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Product.

1. License and Use

  1. Grant of License

    Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product for your personal or internal business purposes.

  2. Usage Restrictions

    You may not sublicense, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Product, or any part thereof, without the prior written consent of Provider.

  3. Updates and Upgrades

    Provider may release updates, upgrades, or new versions of the Product from time to time. Your continued use of the Product is subject to your acceptance of any such updates or upgrades.

2. Intellectual Property

  1. Ownership

    Provider retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Product, including all intellectual property rights. These Terms do not grant you any ownership or intellectual property rights in the Product.

  2. Feedback

    If you provide any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Product, you grant Provider a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate such feedback into the Product.

3. User Responsibilities

  1. User Account

    You may need to create an account to access and use the Product. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any actions taken using your account.

  2. Compliance with Laws

    You agree to use the Product in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights.

  3. Prohibited Activities

    You must not use the Product to engage in any illegal, unauthorized, or harmful activities, including but not limited to transmitting malware, spamming, or infringing intellectual property rights.

4. Data Privacy

  1. Data Collection and Usage

    Provider may collect and use certain data and information in connection with your use of the Product.

  2. User Data

    You retain ownership of any data or information you provide or upload to the Product. By using the Product, you grant Provider a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify such data for the purpose of providing and improving the Product.

5. Limitation of Liability

  1. No Warranty

    The Product is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties or conditions, express or implied. Provider disclaims all warranties of any kind, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  2. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Termination

  1. Termination by You

    You may terminate these Terms at any time by ceasing to use the Product and uninstalling any copies of the Product from your devices.

  2. Termination by Provider

    Provider may suspend or terminate your access to the Product immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in any unauthorized or prohibited activities.

MockCity API Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MockCity API ("API") provided by MockCity ("Provider"). By accessing or using the API, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the API.

1. API Access and Usage

  1. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old or have obtained legal parental or guardian consent to use the API.

  2. Registration

    You may need to create an account and provide accurate and complete information to access and use the API.

  3. API Keys

    Provider may issue API keys to you for accessing the API. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and any actions taken using them.

  4. Usage Guidelines

    You agree to use the API in compliance with the documentation and guidelines provided by Provider. Unauthorized or excessive use of the API that may impact its performance or availability is strictly prohibited.

  5. Modifications

    Provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the API, or any part thereof, with or without notice. Provider shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the API.
